Unison Fitness is a 5000 sqft gym located in Creekmoor, Poole.
We are CrossFit and Hyrox affiliated.
We have a wide range of equipment varying from male and female barbells, cardio machines, a 20 metre long rig fitted with gymnastic rings, handstand kick boards and squat racks, free weights and a 14 metre sled track.
We have free car parking along with female and male changing rooms, with a toilet and shower in each.

At Unison Fitness we take pride in offering a unique and effective program, written by our Head Coach and Owner, Nick Rouse.
Our programming has a proven track record of success. Our approach not only ensures our members see results but that everyone has fun whilst they are training.
Group fitness is at the core of our training at Unison and our members, along with our coaches, motivate each other in every session.
