Written by our Owner and Head Coach, Nick Rouse, every session promises to make you better than when you walked in the door. Attention to detail, variety and results are what you can expect from Unison Fitness and our programming.
Nick has 21 years of experience coaching, initially as a personal trainer then as a CrossFit and functional fitness coach for the past 14 years. Guiding athletes of all levels to move better, change their mindset, and achieve their goals.
Early on in his career, alongside coaching, Nick competed to a high level, with standout achievements that include winning the French Throwdown and the London Throwdown in the same year. Nick's experience of competing against some of the best in the world has played a role in shaping the coach he is today.
