Nick has 21 years of experience coaching, initially as a personal trainer then as a CrossFit and functional fitness coach for the past 14 years. Guiding athletes of all levels to move better, change their mindset, and achieve their goals.
Early on in his career, alongside coaching, Nick competed to a high level, with standout achievements that include winning the French Throwdown and the London Throwdown in the same year. Nick's experience of competing against some of the best in the world has played a role in shaping the coach he is today.

Each session is designed to be completed in under an hour, making it easy to stay consistent, even with a busy schedule. Every week, your training will include a blend of weightlifting, gymnastics, endurance exercises and functional bodybuilding to help you build strength and improve overall fitness.
